In the game of life, it is easy to play a game to win, thrive and perform with lots of strategy and ambitions. We can get wrapped up in outside appearances and wanting. Often we may find we protect ourselves from situations or people for no real good reason; the reason is based on some past experience or fear of the unknown. It is easy to search for happiness in the outside world or through other people, and yet, true joy and peace can only be discovered inside us.
