Eclipse

With a twinkle in her eye, Night elegantly dances past the sun with her glowing moon gown. However, it is not her turn to be on stage. "What is she doing?!", the sun gasps. It is a quick entrance on and off stage as she dramatically steals the show, momentarily eclipsing the sun and leaving everyone in darkness. Night rarely upstages the sun, but she is emotional and insightful.

Every once in awhile she breaks free of her usual cycle to remind the world that change is also constant, and embrace it with open arms. In darkness she reminds us change can bring times of uncertainty and sadness, but the light does return. The sun smiles brilliantly at Night as she exits, thankful for this dance. He quickly got her reminder and shined even more brilliant with light and love than before.
