This painting was inspired by letting go of boundaries that limit us, being in the moment, and being true to yourself so that you can be open to be fully self expressed.

“She was seen falling and tumbling through the air with grace and ease. She looked happy and free. It was thought by some that she was trying to catch the bird. After all, she loved that bird. It had been her very own song bird that sang the melody that matched her own heart song.

Earlier that day, the bird asked her if she could fly. She of course said, “no”. The bird then said, “If you set me free, you will set your heart free, and I will show you how to fly.”
